For businesses with large numbers of staff or continual staff additions/rotations, online ordering can save both time and money on stationery items.
Online ordering is also beneficial for businesses who don't wish to keep stock of large quantities of certain printed collateral, such as brochures or catalogues, but would rather have them printed on request, perhaps with text amendments on each batch.
Powered by unique software developed in New Zealand, our system allows users to log in through their web browser to a personalised online portal where they can create new stationery items (business cards, letterheads etc.), choose to order existing items as-is, or customise and order an existing stationery item to reflect updated details.
If a user chooses to order an existing item with new details (for example an existing design of a business card with the details of a new staff member), they are able to insert or modify the details right there in their web browser without the use of any additional software.
The system comes with online proofing and direct order capability.
